Several jobs ( to council approved plans) quote at this time, owner serious.
* break up & remove not more than 180m2 concrete paving in front of yards of 2 properties ( side by side). properties on split levels-same owner.
* collect and pour topsoil on removed concrete area
* lay stone or wooden boundary between soil and concrete.
*lay 5cm high weather strip to capture excess rainfall at rear of yard ( laong concrete).
* relocate driveway entrances x 2
possible ancillary work, further details & basic scaled plans can be faxed to potential applicants.
