Removal of concrete to the level of the outside shed and removal of concrete and material down side passage. Also the removal of the concrete in the front side. The side fence.....gal iron will have to be temporarily taken down for this. And then 100 mils of the substrate under the concrete and bricks.
So that is stage one and hold point. I will get engineer to look at it and advise.
Then next stage for quote is fill will road base or crushed concrete....the latter is cheaper. Then for reinforced cement with iron. Then two spoon drains. One in the back and one down the side passage.
