My son lives in Frankston on a steep block. He has a retaining wall at the rear of the house which needs completing re-building. Building materials and construction to be discussed with landscaper. The soil is very sandy and the existing retaining wall will need re-designing to incorporate the remainder of the garden, making it more user friendly and acsessable from the house. I live in Ballarat and want to kick start the project.
