Quote for landscaping:
Recently built house in Ivanhoe with no garden bed yet. We have a garden design and some idea on plants.
No hard landscaping. Largely require someone who knows about preparing the garden from nothing and build. Looking for someone who can start on the work immediately or within weeks.
I can share the garden design, measurements & site plan.
We require a site visit & quote (or high-level cost figure) for the following items & break-down cost.
Consultation:
• Provide consultation on plants, position based on sun/shade, soil type, the best time to plant, the distance between plants and away from the fence.
• Soil is of clay type. Provide consultation on what can be done to enrich the soil i.e. to break the clay & improve soil quality.
• Review our garden design and alter as per the overall outcome.
Construction:
Prepare Soil bed:
• Excavate topsoil contaminated with the construction rubbish/materials (front & left side yard only)
• Top-up the soil as required and prepare (e.g. till) the soil to enrich the soil quality and improve drainage.
• Create an edge between the plant & lawn area e.g. wooden edges to prevent the grass creeping to the plant area.
Pavers:
• Install Pavers and pebbles/mulch in the front yard & side yard.
Planting:
• Install the lawn bed.
• Install Veggie patch
• Plants - depending on the cost, time of the year and overall budget, we may do this later and part by part. We can engage you for planting or do it on our own.
