We need a timber pergola/veranda 4m wide by 3 m long to be build at the back of our house. It should be attached to a balcony (brick and timber) on the right hand side and to the house (brick wall) at the back. Ground for pergola area is currently covered with concrete tiles.
The roof of pergola can be flat or gable. We have one design in mind and can email you a picture. However we can consider other designs.
We will also consider a ready made kit incl. steel or other options.
Full sssistance in getting building permit is required.
Budget $1500-6000 and will depend on quality and the type of pergola design.
