We have an existing timber pergola connected to the house that needs replacing. The area is is in the shape of a rectangle (6.6m by 3.2m) with a pentagon attached measuring 4.4 m at the base and 7.5m at the highest point. We would like the pergola rafters and bearers built of 140 x 45mm treated pine with the posts 100 x 100mm treated pine. The purlins at 800mm centres. Polycarbonate roofing to cover the entire structure. Connect guttering to existing stormwater drains with two down pipes.
Existing pavers to be excavated (approx 84 sq m) and half relayed on concrete sub base. Concrete base 75 mm thick with f72 reinforced mesh. Pavers laid on 25 - 40mm bed of mortar. The remaining area to be concreted in concrete tinted to match the pavers.
Convert existing brick BBQ area into a day lounge with a seat of merbau decking on treated pine 90 x 45mm sub base.
