We need to replace the paving in both the front and back yards, and would also like to get our backyard landscaped (currently flat grass block with only a couple of small trees). The paving needs to incorporate drainage (our current drainage is blocked and floods whenever it rains).
Front yard paving includes our driveway, a separate path to the door and the double car space area - we don't currenty have a garage or carport but would like the concreting in this area to be done in a way that we could one day build one (we have soil test results and preliminary designs for a garage).
The backyard paving includes a large area around our deck and house.
In terms of landscaping, we are looking for a full backyard design including treatments for the paved area off our deck (currently has a small garden bed).
All existing paving needs to be removed.
