The timber decking desired, would sit about 6-9 inches above the ground, and would need to cover/hide two existing sewer covers (round concrete lids about 90cm in diameter). As the lids require access, some sort of panel that could be lifted out would need to be included (like a trapdoor without hinges). Alternately, if the timber deck was removable (ie screwed to a base or support that allowed it to be removed for access) then the trapdoor type feature would not be necessary.
