hi, I need a backyard deck - at the moment its concrete but that will be gone soon. I,m looking at the deck being the same size as the house 8m approx. by 4m wide. Im contemplating putting a sail instead of a verandah but need to know costs and differences. I also need to know if a permit is required and if you will get that, or if I have to arrange. I need this all done by Christmas, the place is Morgan st rosebud.
