We have an area of 5.4 x 5.1 from the backdoor where we'd like to put a deck. Current area has concrete and garden but garden will be dug up and we can buodl over concrete. Decking will be inline with door sill which is approx 290mm from ground. There is a roof current with future possibility of buidling new pitch cover. Budgeting at the moment with true desire to build but money is tight so pine would be our better option.
