New paving to garden - approx. 3x6m

We need someone to help us create a paved area in our garden. The area is approx. 3x6m.
We also would like some feedback on the most economical paving options.
The area is reasonably flat and currently grassed with some stepping stones on it.
Easy access through the garage.
Also there is a height difference from approx 500mm from the living room to the garden. And we need someone to build us a landing and 3 steps down to the paved area. So if that is something you can do as well, even better :-)
