Lower existing paved step by about 3cm.

As a result of poor workmanship, a paved step that was constructed for my courtyard is too high (by about 3 cm) to the back sliding door, which has caused water damage to the inside of the property. The step needs to be lowered, which would involve removal of the existing pavers (hopefully salvaging them for re-use) and rebuilding the step at a lower height.
