Limestone paving in Ashfield, 51SQM of area

51SQM of paving. Area needs to have compacted road base with cement mixed in, 100mm thick. Pavers, large format (biggest paver is 600x400x30mm limestone) to be laid in french pattern. Pavers to lay on sand & cement. No grouting required.
6Meters of Linear strip drain requires installation, and concreting in. Youll plumb this into pit drain (all materials supplied)
One eye required for sewer access.
Site has 2Tonne of Road base ready, youll need to potentially supply another 2-3Tonnes
Area is currently dirt and level.
Install of 3 x bullnose pavers onto the steps, cement these to existing retaining wall steps.
I will not accept any quotes from unlicensed tradesman without ABN. Happy to pay cash for a better price, but will require a receipt.
Will not pay any more than $60 per sqm all inclusive.
