Two units. We have a landscaping plan with planting schedule - some plants will be excluded though and some garden edging already in place. Lawn already done - really just need soil to garden beds / plant supply / planting / mulch and two front garden beds edged. Also planting and mulch along shared 30 meter driveway.
Unit 1: Planting of front and rear garden beds + mulch + edging and a little more top soil. Planting and mulch along 30 meter driveway, both sides.
Unit 2: Top soil to rear garden beds, edging to front garden bed, mulch to all garden beds. Minimal planting required for unit 2. Mostly soil and mulch to garden beds - owner wants to do planting.
