Landscaping work For A New House

The following landscaping tasks is required for a new house we building in Castle Hill. The builder is planning to complete his work by August, and we are planning to start the landscaping tasks immediatly after that.
Tasks:
1. Retaining wall - West side of the house
2. Boundary retaining walls as outlined in the On site Detention System
3. Colorbond fence - west side only
4. Construct the landscaping design (Stepping stone, turf, garden beds)
For site inspection, I have to organise a time with the site supervisor, so please let me know when would you like to have a look.
