Need to start from scratch - ie remove existing trees, weeds, plants, roots etc from residential backyard c. 405m2 - but if you take the house out is probably only about 100m2 total. looking for low maintenance grassy area very child and small dog friendly. open to all ideas but looking to make space useable for play with minimal upkeep. open to discuss ideas. may require some larger overhanging trees to be cut back to allow grass to grow but still want to maintain max privacy as is small block surrounded by neighbouring properties. Also looking to replace existing front picket fence and gate entry as current fence is in need of repair - open to discussion on type of fence suitable.
