I am building a new (investment) house and would like the landscaping done once the house is completed.
the landscaping design amongst other things should be water and tenant resistant.
i will need turf, plants and gardens done in line with the covenant requirements.
it should be more or less like a standard "builders landscape package".
the block which is a corner block is sized at 769m2 and the house size is around 350m2.
there is also a possibility that a monthly maintenance job will be assigned to the same company.
