Need to prepare soil and lay new lawn. Prep of soil may involve taking bad stuff away and bringing in good soil based on your expertise.
Also thinking of installing a basic irrigation system for the lawn and a vegetable patch. Just something I can set the timer for during early hours of the morning. Doesn't need to be fully automated.
