Front including areas around tall palm trees and near door steps
- Remove lawn (and all roots) and existing mulch to leave only soil
- Keep: nectarine and cherry trees, tall and short palm trees (7 in total), wisteria, group of agave plants and purple pointed leaf plant (next to palm tree)
- The agave plants if possible to be separated and planted down in between the tall palm trees
A small amount of work also required for mulch removal at rear of property (2m2 area)
