I am building a house, I had to demolish and rebuild the boundary wall and fence. This has caused damage to the neighbours lawn, whereby they have some building spoil along the boundary on their side, as well as some excavated earth that needs backfilling. All in all, the spoil needs to be removed, some top soil laid, then some roll out lawn laid down. The end result should be a good repair to the neighbours lawn. No machinery access is required, this job should be done with hand tools. The total length of the boundary is 51m, although the repairs should only need to be made to approx 35m of this.
