We are building a new house due for completion at the end of november.
we have a corner block so need to consider that.
we also have an easement across the back that has a sewer running across the back fence line.
we require fencing on all sides, possibly two retaining walls, fencing all around, grass and paving. we will also look at a pergola as an option as well.
