I’m after getting landscaping done in Oakleigh for 2 new townhouses which are almost complete. All I need is to get this passed with Monash City Council and don’t need anything expensive.
The builder will level the ground with the right amount of soil but you will need to put top soil for the plants, turf etc.
I’m after a particular turf called Palmetto and this is the website where it’s available http://australturf.com.au/turf/palmetto.html and, can you also quote on Sir Walter Buffalo Turf .
I will need to email you 2 plans from the landscape designer. The one with the writing on it shows you where I want turf, seeds etc. The second plan WITHOUT writing needs to be printed in A2 size and scaled 1:100 so you can prepare a proper quote.
There is a third plan attached labeled “Estelle Lscape A2 NOT APPROVED YET” where I’m submitting an amended plan to Monash where they hopefully will allow me put in decking in dwelling 1 backyard rather then lawn.
Can you please give me a quote with both options as the plans have different shrubs, and if you wish quote separately on Merbau decking & bamboo screening with aggregate drainage in the backyard.
I repeat All I need is to get this passed with Monash City Council and don’t need anything expensive.
