1) we have just built a new brick fence and need to get a brick path (we have bricks onsite). The path will need to be concerted (not sand base) to ensure it can carry the weight of a sliding steel gate that will run over part of the path.
2) We need a retaining wall built alongside the path
3) We also have a small patio area that we need to have tiles laid.. we have not yet sourced the tiles where ideally the tradesman can help source the tiles (ie dark grey)

Initially very responsive to secure our business/job and seemed great to deal with - asked initially for 50% up front (which was $2500) though was a little nervous about such a big amount so paid $1k with the promise to do the job within a few weeks (before Christmas). After we signed up - I had to keep calling for updates as Christmas came and went and the job didn't get done. We had urgency to do the job (as building a new front fence).. though Tony kept delaying. Now three months since initially getting commitment from them we've had to use another contractor as Tony doesn't return our calls/emails. We have now asked for our deposit to be returned. No reply/response. Be wary as seems this contractor is shady.
