We have a new house on a 1 acre block in Lethbridge.
The property includes a stormwater easement, and septic irrigation system; neither of which can be built on.
We need someone to assist with how to nest utilize the block; including garden design , screening plants. vegetable garden and fruit trees. All of these must be suitable for local soil conditions.
Note the block is immediately adjacent to a highway, and we require screening shrubs or trees to provide some privacy and shelter from the strong westerly winds.
The plan should include provision for fire pit, bbq`, fencing , paving and letterbox.
We require someone to attend the property before submtting a landscape design for us to implement.
