Currently have a Brick Dividing Wall approx 1 Mtr high and approx 30 Mtr’s in length. This wall has a 6 Foot Wooden Fence attached. This has to be removed and replaced with a approx 1.6 Mtr high... Currently have a Brick Dividing Wall approx 1 Mtr high and approx 30 Mtr’s in length. This wall has a 6 Foot Wooden Fence attached. This has to be removed and replaced with a approx 1.6 Mtr high concrete block retaining wall to retain the land next door. I require a quote for all costs involved for the building of the new wall, including all footings, appropriate Drainage, Engineering costs, Design, Survey, etc and the cost of removing the existing wall. Also please quote for a replacement 6 Foot Wooden Fence to be installed on top of the new wall. I am hoping to obtain one complete quote covering all costs involved. I hope you can please assist.
