The retaining walls would need to be installed next before the pool shell goes in. The retaining wall specifications/scope of work are pasted below. Retaining Walls - 􏰀Supply & Install new 89Lm timber retaining walls max 900mm high, using 200mm x100mm treated pine sleepers as retaining wall posts secured with 20MpA concrete footing of approximately 400 x 400. Includes supply and install all reinforced concrete footings. Includes supply and install of grey blocks. Includes concrete core feeling of blocks. Includes to coats of waterproofing to back of Wall. 􏰀 Supply & Install new 72m2 face using 200mm x75mm x 2.4m treated pine sleepers as rails secured with galvanised hardware fixings. 􏰀 Supply and install ag line drainage pipe and free draining aggregate as backfill. 􏰀 All posts for wall to be at 1.2m spacing & concreted below ground level.
