Install 4 m channel drain set in concrete with CI grate in front of garage (replacing existing), connected by 4 m PVC pipe to existing drain, + 7 m channel drain with plastic grate by living area, + 8.5 m drainage trench ~1 m depth some in rock, backfilled with slotted drain and crushed rock and filter cloth , + releveling several patches of 200 X 200 block pavers. Some saw cutting of existing sandstone and concrete paving required (15m).
