Front yard is approximately - 21m across x 9m from boundary to house. Sloping down approx. 1.3m - we want to put a retaining wall just inside the boundary (boundary fence line is an established Murraya hedge) about 650mm high and then level across front yard and then a second retaining wall about 650mm high set about 1.5m away from house - that 1.5m walkway to be paved. NB. Steps from boundary to house are in the centre and driveway to one side of block. Steps to be completely re-done.
