Remove 3 cubic metres of green waste from back yard and put in trailer(s) in front driveway (client to arrange and pay for disposal from there)

Erect retaining wall in back yard 1m high (stone, boulders or masonry). Total length 15m, including steps or concrete/paved pathway in middle, with ag pipe if necessary – (retaining wall to be located approx. 15 metres away from house, and 8 metres from rear fence – with necessary drainage etc.)

Optional:
Place approx. 300mm high blueboard/black plastic along right backyard fence 300mm high (fence is built on low side of existing slope). Slope currently secure, and we do not wish to backfill - but we want to avoid any risk of run off into fence as a result of extra soil being brought in.
