Remove stone cover. dig garden bed approx 40cm down for approx 4m next to fence line. build a sandbag wall over 4m distance up against fence. sandbag wall will be approximately 1m high (40cm below ground level / 60cm above ground level). it should be a double sandbag wall. please supply sand, sandbags, wheelbarrow and any other tools needed.
