b. Level ground.
c. Raised 250m.
d. Step at each end.
3. Covered Pergola.
a. 1.4 x 5.1m.
b. Attach one 5.1m side to facia of house.
c. 2 x posts exist for other 5.1m side.
d. Laserlite type roof.
e. Painted timber construction. (Painting by others.)
f. Roof to slop into existing house gutter.
4. Merbau Set Back.
a. We have a bench on our current front deck.
b. Add 3.7 x 0.6m high merbau seat back.
