Decking installation. pools surrounf approx 44sqm

we need approx 44 square metres of floating deck installed.
the deck will be installed at the back of a swimming pool.
the deck is apprx 10.4 metres by 4.2 metres.
it is to be built over an easement so we have to get written approval for a relaxation from unity water but we have already been told this will be ok once we submit plans.
the deck itself will be built approx one metre high off ground level.
there is a retaining wall that the deck can be built off from one side, the other sdie will need posts to hold it up as well as posts across for stability and strength.
you can see from these 3d landscaping images what the end job for the deck is supposed to be like and you can also see if you look carefully the gap under the deck coming out from the retaining wall.
