Deck and Pergola with a Gable Roof, There is Currently an existing Flat Pergola with no roof, In the approximate space that would need to be demolished. Can Potentially do that himself. The Deck is Slightly Irregular in Terms of shape on one side, But for Quoting He assumes it would be 4 By 4.2 Metres. The Pergola Would be the Same Size and Mounted to the Garage Wall at one end and need two post at the other, There is concrete covering most of the area, But some post holes will be needed. The deck would only need one step up, We would also like bench seats on two side of the deck about 4 metres each. It will be good for one bench to have a top that opens for Storage. Would like Timber Screening on one side of the Pergola about 4.2 metres.
