I have a pergola laserlite covered) outside the rumpus, 2 steps down, paved brick which have sunk in parts and aren't at one even level. I'm considering a few options (a) building a deck at the same level as the rumpus or (b) replacing the existing bricks with pavers. Will also need to install a new bbq, and possibly extend the pergola slightly. Am looking for a turnkey job to be done by a quality conscious builder, as well as some advice and ideas.
