I have plans for the courtyard design and would consider having the whole job done if reasonable quote obtained from landscaper. Otherwise I need the paving and lawn done so the rest can be done DIY.

- the current paving all lifted up
- the roots from the big tree next door chopped +/- dug out if required +/- root barrier.
- the young eucalypt tree we have started killing removed.
- the ground smoothed/leveled out and slab placed.
- new paving put down on half area.
- grass (or fake grass) put in (see plan)
- a bench seat with storage under it made (or bought).
- garden established as per plan.
