4m X 1.5m area. Light well is exposed to indirect light. Partially covered ceiling. 2 sides concrete, 2 sides glass - provides a view into the main living area. Door access into outdoor area. Lighting, electrical points and water tap already there. Drainage and tiling too. We want to fill the area with a feature (tree or plant) and cover the base with plants etc. we have a photo as an example. Currently we have two 1.8m yuccas and a water feature that can be incorporated into the design or not.
