Concreting and paving works to a driveway

The 1st City of Camberwell Scout Group need some concreting and paving works done to the driveway of their hall. The area to be paved is 4m x 3.4m and supplied pavers need to be laid on a mortar base, and laid to a particular design which commemorates the troops 100 years. The concreted area abuts the paved area and is approximately 15.5 sq.m. The whole area is currently grassed, and also abuts existing concrete. Work would include digging out and removal of the grassed area, and removal of all debris.
There is also a small bluestone retaining wall of about 5 blocks to be laid, and two other bluestone blocks to be re-laid to the top of existing walls.
