OK- we felt the gentleman was talking as an assessor and thus was speaking a little more in terms of \'generalities\'. We didn\'t feel the assessor took time to appreciate our dilemma ie. we had a small budget and we needed specific proposals that would fit into this. We didn\'t think looking at an aarray of pavers at a factory outside Melbourne would be helpful.

Efficient up to a point but we liked Greg, the horticulturist. We felt sorry we did not have the 'right' budget to fit with what we thought he would like to see in our backyard. In a way, we would have welcomed a bit more help to see how we could manage to 'tidy' up the backyard within our financial constraints. We would probably have stretched a bit more but he then became too busy and as he did not call when he said he would or get in touch by the time he proposed, we started to feel that this group might not be reliable afterall. Or, maybe he just found it hard to say that his company wasn't interested in our job afterall and that we would 'fade away quietly', which of course we have.
