Build retaining wall and pave back courtyard

- Removal of existing sleeper posts.
- Construction of new retaining wall in different location (would prefer stone or blocks). We have already removed most of the excess soil, but some still remains. The wall will be about 11m long. Block is slightly sloped so height will need to be stepped.
- Paving of back courtyard and side of house (inc. 2 steps) with large square pavers. Area is ~38 square metres.
- Keen to get started as soon as possible so we can use the back yard in the good weather.
