Require a quote for existing wooden structure with no roof to be removed, and a second quote for an install of a new outdoor area that is covered (small area for outdoor setting).
Looking for a standard type of job - nothing special required but a simple and sturdy outdoor covered space.
Quote could include a deck, but also a slab or pavers.

We started with great communication, timely service and competitive pricing. We were happy with the works as we paid installments. Then we paid a final amount for the last of the job, as we had no reason to reconsider this. Should have. I've had to chase That Handyman since the final payment. Works remained unfinished despite being told almost every day "we'll be there tomorrow". Almost a year later and there has been no good will, no refund, they have ignored a VCAT Order and laughed at the system. He has became abusive and threatening towards us even though he has been paid in full, not completed the job and will not provide any indication of completion. Enforcement action being taken. Use at your own risk. We are disappointed as he started off very well. It is unfortunate but we cannot warn you enough about That Handyman.
