We need this pergola to be built attached to the house. Also we need someone who will finish the job from start to end including permits if required, a bulb and a fan with switches, painting if required and any other bits and pieces. The area on which we need the pergola has concrete already applied. Length 11.5 Mtrs and Width 5 Mtrs. The roof of the pergola can be flat or other model but it should have skylight option.
