Block retaining wall and fence needing repair

Terraced retaining wall needs repair. The upper level needs pulling down and rebuilding probably with a concrete slab under it to stop movement. No foundationa were laid for the upper level (bottom level is fine). Should be able to reuse the current blocks (no motor, link type). The colourbond fence which is above the wall needs a corner post reset into the ground once the retaining wall is repaired. Also looking for additional fencing and gate on otherside of the house.
