EXCAVATION


Excavation of site to required depths that allow for finished landscape surfaces to be completed and installed. Excavation includes,

· Labour associated with manually excavating site to required depths for installing landscape materials (as required).

· Bobcat and tipper hire

· Excavator and operator hire

· Excavation of all foundations

· Removal of all rubbish and affiliated tip fees.

· Removal of unwanted soil plants and weeds.

· Final site clean at completion of job.


PAVING
The paving to be completed at the residence includes the follow areas,

· Paving to the areas in the lower section surrounding the pond and decking.

· Back Steps x 2

· Steppers in the lawn and in the garden bed leading to the sideway of the house.


· Supply and installation of concrete pavers to match existing (to be confirmed)

· Includes supply of all sand, cement and cement additives.

· Supply and installation of grout to all paving areas.

· All labour associated with the construction of all solid paving and stepping stones.

· All paving to be laid on a 15-20mm mortar bed at a ratio of 1 parts cement per 4 parts sand, using cement additives.

· All paving to be pasted with ‘Planicrete’ for extra adhesion between pavers and mortar.

· Caulking of all expansion lines where required.


DRAINAGE
· Supply and installation of agricultural drains behind retaining walls.

· Supply and installation of agricultural drains in the lawn areas.

· Supply and installation of drains in the paving, connected to stormwater.

· Supply of an overflow to both ponds

· Supply and install of pits to catch the water from the aggae drains.

CONCRETE
Concreting of all areas: includes base slab for paving and foundations for masonry retaining walls.

includes,

· Installation of all timber formwork for paved areas and steps

· Supply and installation of reinforcing mesh

· Labour associated with the boxing up of all concrete slabs.

· Supply and installation of concrete (80 slump, 25 MPA)

· Concrete to be 100mm thick unless otherwise stated

· Hire of a concrete pump

· Supply and installation of expansion foam where required.

SEALING OF PAVERS

· Supply and install of a natural penetrating sealer to all pavers for protection.

· High pressure and chemical cleaning to all pavers

RETAINING WALLS & BACKWALL OF THE BASKETBALL COURT

· Supply and installation of concrete blocks to construct wall.

· Supply and installation of steel starter bars to structurally bind block wall to footing.

· Supply and installation of all steel reinforcing to strengthen the internals of the blocks
