The backyard in my inlaws house needs to be redone before we put it up for sale. There is a higher ground thats cut and needs to have a retaining wall and steps build in the middle. The higher ground is about 70cm high and about 16 meters long from fence to fence. It has been left unattended so anything has been growing. I would like to remove the top soil so I can put down turf.
