The deck is to go at the rear of the house, leading out from the back door (currently concrete steps to ground level).
We would like the deck to include a railing and stairs to ground level. Pitched roof style preferred. Other options we would like to consider are clear sections of roofing panels And one side (3.5m) with a lattice screen for privacy.
