I require a deck to be constructed under a pergola that is already in place. The deck is approximately 7 x 3.5 metres. The deck is to adjoin the house on two sides (7 and 3.5 m). There will only be an air gap of 250 - 300 mm between the deck and the ground. I would like comparative prices for timber and steel framing and for hardwood and composite decking.
