Excavate 300 x 300mm trench for drainage below finished garden bed level. Install 50 metres of 100mm AGG pipe to stormwater pits. Connect to existing 3 stormwater pits.
Lay basic irrigation poly pipes under garden edging and connect to taps
Level out approx. 12 sqm.
Provide brick edging with mortar base for garden beds and turf (Bricks provided)
Excavate holes for (5)x 200 litre trees (trees supplied)
Cultivate gardens beds to minimum 150mm deep.
Provide and spread 300mm top soil for garden bed areas.
We have detailed plans available on request, this is a flat block, easy access with a new house, no existing gardens or turf.
