There is a land in front of my unit, which is shared by 3 units. Unit 2 & Unit 3 are at the back. Unit 2 & 3 are not attached to this land and not going to use it. I'm trying to apply a permit to extend my fence and include this land into my backyard. I have talked to the council and they advised I should go for a land surveyor and have the plan and documnent preparation.
