Hi, I am in need of an affordable surveyor to prepare a check survey certificate to determine the location of the builidng with respect to the boundaries of the site.
This is required by council for a small residential project involving removal and replacement of stairs.
For you r information our house is built closer than 900mm from the boundary and the block is slopped from the front to the rear.
Please find attached draftsmans drawing of the proposed works, a picture of the bi fold doors which lead out to the stairs and a copy of the development consent (Relevant section (4) - Check survey certificate.
