We are looking for a qualified surveyor for our current home renovation in Brighton-le-sands.
We are wanting to convert the back of the garden where there is currently a elevatored concrete covered BBQ area into an enclosed room.
The structure is higher than the rest of the garden and has one wall which is attached to the garage, which is a brick structure that currently has a sliding window.
Our desired plans for the new space is to enclose the area to make a fully functioning room "granny flat", which will have large sliding doors to the decking into the garden.
We currently require a surveyor to help assess the plans.
